What this is

AquaHub is a web app for tracking aquariums. By using AquaHub, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum in your jurisdiction) to use AquaHub.

Your data

You own your tank data. We're just storing it on your behalf. You can export or delete it at any time.

What we provide

AquaHub is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we can't guarantee uptime, calculation accuracy, or that the app will always be available. Aquarium decisions you make are your responsibility.

The bioload calculations, plant offset math, and species data in AquaHub are based on general aquarium-keeping principles and research, but every tank is different. Use AquaHub as a guide, not as the sole source of truth for stocking and care decisions. Test your water. Watch your livestock. Use your judgment.

What you agree not to do

• Don't try to break the app or interfere with other users.
• Don't scrape or copy our data for redistribution.
• Don't use AquaHub for anything illegal.

Pricing & billing

The free tier is free, with no time limit. Pro features (when launched) will be clearly labeled. We won't charge you without explicit consent.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
